The University has enhanced the Student Course Evaluation system to provide a more user-friendly and faster interface. This mandatory evaluation, aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, is critical for staff appraisal and improving the quality of teaching and learning.
The evaluation period is scheduled from 2nd December 2024 to 31st December 2024. Students are encouraged to participate during this period by following these steps:
1. Access the online evaluation portal at survey.ku.ac.ke
2. Log in using your student corporate email.
3. Assess all the lecturers in the various units you have taken this semester.
4. Provide your honest feedback on the teaching methodologies, course content, and any other relevant aspects.
All students are requested to take a few moments to complete this evaluation. Your feedback is highly valued and instrumental in enhancing the academic experience.

VENUES FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE 2024-2025 FIRST TRIMESTER SIT
DIGITAL SCHOOL EXAMINATION VENUES FOR 2024-2025 TRIMESTER-I EXAMINATIONS FOR NAIROBI STUDENTS
1.Students with clashing papers should report to office No. 320 located at Third Floor, College of Education Building. This should be done at least TWO hours before the time scheduled for administration of the paper(s).
Kenyatta University will be celebrating its 56th Graduation Ceremony on Friday, 13th December, 2024 at the Graduation Square. The ceremony will be for the conferment of various degrees and the award of diplomas and certificates for candidates who have qualified.
- GRADUATION FEES
The Graduation Fees payable for the various awards is as follows in Kshs:
- Certificates and Diplomas - 5,500/=
- Bachelors - 6,000/=
- Postgraduate Diplomas - 6,200/=
- Masters - 6,500/=
- Doctorates - 7,000/=
All payments should be made by Friday, 6th December, 2024 by using the eCitizen payment link provided in your student portal under "My Finances".
Please do not make payments directly using mobile banking to eCitizen via PayBill number 222222.
- ACADEMIC ATTIRE
All graduands will be required to be in full academic attire during the ceremony. The attire will be issued at respective Schools from Monday 2nd to Tuesday 10th December, 2024 during working days upon payment of the graduation fees.
- RETURN OF ACADEMIC ATTIRE
All graduands are expected to return the academic attire by Friday 10th January, 2025 after which a fine of Kshs. 500.00 per day will be levied for any attire returned after the deadline.
- REHEARSAL
It is MANDATORY that all graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony attend the rehearsal at the Graduation Square on Wednesday 11th December, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Graduands attending the rehearsal should be seated by 9:00 a.m.
- GRADUANDS’ PROCESSION
All graduands will enter the Graduation Square in a procession. The procession will form at 7:30 a.m. with all the graduands lined according to their respective Schools. The procession will enter the Graduation Square at 8:00 a.m. Only graduands who will be in the procession will be allowed into the Graduation Square for the Graduation Ceremony.
- TIME
The Graduation Ceremony will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. Late comers will not be allowed into the Graduation Square once the ceremony has started.
- NOTE
- Provisional list of graduands shall be uploaded and continuously updated on the University Website.
