Dr. Rashid A. The association launch coincided with the opening of the International Food Safety conference at Kenyatta University which is being attended by delegates from Europe and Africa.
The Chinese Ambassador to Kenya Mr. Wung Peng receiving a gift from Kenyatta University Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. John Okumu. Mr. Peng visited the Kenyatta University Hospital and the new International Language and Culture Center building that was put up through a grant from the Chinese Government. Mr. Peng's visit was aimed at reviewing the good relations between KU and the Peoples Republic of China.
Kenyatta University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Paul K. Wainaina pays his last respects at the casket of the Late Prof. Henry Ayot who was laid to rest in Migori. Prof. Ayot was a renowned Professor of Social Studies in the Department of Educational Communication and Technology, a former Dean Faculty of Education and the initiator of the establishment of the School of Continuing Education where he became its first Director.
